Eight percent (8%) Provincial Sales Tax, Seven percent (7%) Goods and Services tax and Fifteen percent (15%) Gratuity will be added to the total cost of the menu items. In the case of Liquor purchases, the Provincial Sales tax is Ten percent (10%).

Beverage and Bar Selections - should a special product be required for your function, we will purchase it on your behalf. Special selections must be received by us one week in advance of the function.

Rhodes must be notified by noon (12:00 p.m.) forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the function of the final number of guests to be served. This will be the minimum number of guests you will be billed for. In the event that no guarantee is provided, you will be billed for the number of guests stipulated on your contract. Should the number of guests exceed the guarantee, we shall do our best to accommodate them.

Payment information - We will prepare a written estimate of the value of the function, including all taxes and gratuity. Payment is due at the end of the function unless prior arrangements have been made.

Separate food and beverage checks will be presented to the convenor.
